At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.
IMPORTANT CUSTOMS NOTE: Canadian shoppers, please be aware that due to recent changes in reference to US/Canadian tariffs and customs, it's possible that you could be charged additional fees upon delivery of your order.
Unfortunately, we have no control or foresight over when and if this happens. Should you be charged additional fees, the Rinkside Social Club is not responsible for paying those fees.
Luckily, the company we work with has a worldwide network of printers and will do their best to automatically route your order to come from a location within Canada to avoid those fees.
That being said, there are no guarantees, and any orders placed to Canada should be done so with caution and awareness that you may be responsible for paying additional fees to the Canadian government.
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Orders go into production within 24 hours of being placed, at which point the delivery address cannot be changed. Email therinksidesocialclub@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. We'll do our best to change it but cannot guarantee it'll be possible.
Everything in our shop is made to order. Please allow 8-10 business days for production and shipping.
If you haven't received your order after 10 business days, please check the tracking number you were emailed and contact us at therinksidesocialclub@gmail.com if you're experiencing shipping issues.
If anything in your order arrives damaged, please take 2-3 clear, well-lit photos of the damage and email them, along with your name and order number to therinksidesocialclub@gmail.com.
We'll do our best to make it right and get back to you within 1-2 business days.
